Mark leads CFGI’s Transaction Advisory Services healthcare practice. He has focused on providing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services in the healthcare sector for more than 15 years. He has worked on nearly 300 due diligence transactions for private equity sponsors, corporations and healthcare systems. Mark brings his experience specifically to the lower-middle and middle market, helping clients navigate through critical due diligence issues during platform acquisitions and roll-up strategies within specialty physician, behavioral health, revenue cycle management and dental sub-sectors, among others.
Prior to joining CFGI, Mark was a lead Director at PwC in their national healthcare services Deals practice.
Mark holds a degree in Economics and Economic History from the University of Leicester in the U.K. and is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
Mark serves on the board and executive committee of Chartered Accountants Worldwide – Network USA, which represents 3,000 U.S.-based Chartered Accountants. He is also the voluntary CFO of World Eye Cancer Hope, a charity focused on supporting families affected by retinoblastoma, a children’s cancer.
