CFGI’s Network of Women (N.O.W.) was created to provide education, mentorship, and sponsorship for women within the firm. By strengthening working relationships across the firm and creating a space where all employees can share their voices, this committee serves as a tool for advancing women’s career development at CFGI and beyond.
March has been designated as Women’s History Month and celebrated annually since 1987. The month signifies women’s overall achievements and contributions to society. CFGI’s N.O.W. Committee and DE&I Council are excited to celebrate Women’s History Month alongside the rest of the CFGI community!
