CFGI’s Life Sciences IPO Insights event, featuring former SEC Chair Jay Clayton, was the latest in a line of successful capital markets gatherings. The night’s program of presentations and networking opportunities brought together over 150 leaders from the life sciences sector at the Institute of Contemporary Arts, an inspiring venue at the edge of Boston Harbor.
A lineup of expert panelists alongside Clayton included industry leaders Susanne Mulligan, Bruce Booth, Robert Puopolo, Erin Colgan, Sean Coady, David Maher, Douglas Pagan, and CFGI’s own Ryan Dolan and Kelly Provost.
These panelists bring important perspectives of the life sciences ecosystem, with the group comprising leading investors, management, bankers, and professional advisors. The discussion centered around the status of life sciences capital markets, a view of the relevant and promising leading indicators, and an important assessment of how management can prepare for the markets ahead.
